Setup includes: Server branding, user account(s)
creation, Open Office installation, printer setup, file
transfer, & custom application installation. (Customer
database setup & configuration require additional hourly time
charges) Synchronization of files maintained on
local computers and retention of local use of workstations
requires additional software and configuration. Setup rate
is $75 per hour on-site. Additional synchronization
software is $23.94 per workstation - a one time cost.
On-site Hosted Server option: Cheqtel will provide and maintain
at the customer location a server of comparable capabilities as
the data center hosted server option above for the same monthly
rate. Note: Purchase of a VPN
router may be required for some solutions. Your account
representative will provide you will all the details of required
software/hardware. |
