Why Customers Are Always Welcomed Back!
Dave Worman and his father Fred, both of Hayward, recently came back to Cheqtel after only a few days of trying out the bigger but less impressive company, citing poor customer service as their main reason. “We weren’t happy with the other company almost immediately, they wouldn’t help us hook the Internet up to the two computers we have in the house. Plus, the TV programming wasn’t what they said it would be.” Dave says. “We’re very happy to be back with Cheqtel.” Another Hayward customer, Harold Cadotte, compared Cheqtel prices to others. After a visit to the Cheqtel office, not only did he decide to stay with Cheqtel he also added more services. “Good, local service means a lot. I can’t believe how well the people at Cheqtel treated me,” Harold says.
