At CheqTel we pride ourselves on our service – we believe that personal attention to our
customers is absolutely essential. Our staff provides multiple levels of support for residential customers, businesses and schools, including:

  • Internet/DSL customers may call toll free from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. at 1-800-420-4384 for any questions or troubleshooting of your Internet or service.
  • If you already have a computer and need repairs or hardware or software installs, you may bring your computer to the office or have a technician come to you.
  • If you need help installing a new CheqWay computer, our technicians are available for onsite visits.
  • If you purchase your computer through CheqTel, Dell Gold Technician support is available as well as our on-site installation, troubleshooting and repair services.
  • Our IT department is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to help diagnose computer issues. With remote desktop assistance, technicians are able to perform 90% of
    their support functions remotely.
  • Hosted business server solutions are available so the computer equipment and servers are housed at CheqTel so all maintenance and support functions are done here.
  • Maintenance service plans are also available on a per instance basis or by annual or monthly contract so you can have a technician come to your location for maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Many local schools and businesses use this support function and have a technician visit on-site weekly.
  • Technicians are also available for annual "checkups", coming on-site once per year to make sure your network is intact and fully functional.
