Best Kept Secrets: Employees Share Their Favorite Holiday Traditions

The holidays are a wonderful time for giving and receiving, but they’re also a great time for sharing! We’d like to invite you into some of our employee’s favorite holiday traditions.

Favorite Holiday Snacks

Ron Skoglund: Pickled Herring and Dave Christensen’s Venison Jerky
Angie Skaj: Cheese and Sausage tray
Lisa Schaffer: Chocolate/Almond Bark-coated Pretzels with Sprinkles
Lisa Sheehan: Shrimp Dip: You need: ketchup (or cocktail sauce), cream cheese, sour cream, small package of frozen shrimp, and a little onion. Add to taste.
Jan Christenson: Bagel Dip. You need: 1 pint Miracle whip, 8 oz sour cream, 2 small packages dried beef (chopped), 1 tbsp dill weed, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 tbsp garlic salt. Mix and serve with cut-up bagels.
Judy Hinman and Dan Anderson: Lefse (Norwegian Flatbread)
Dave Olson: Pickled Fish (herring)
Bob Tapani: White Almond Bark-covered Pretzels
