It Pays to Study:
$10,000 in Scholarship Money to Be Awarded

Because we believe that education is essential to strong communities, Chequamegon Communications will be awarding $10,000 in scholarships this year to area students. To be eligible, applicants must:

Scholarships

• be a graduate of, or graduating senior, at a high school located within the Chequamegon Communications service area;
• be accepted for admission or currently enrolled at an accredited postsecondary college or university, or vocational-technical institute;
• have a parent or guardian who currently receives telephone service from Chequamegon Communications.

Students may pick up applications from their high school guidance counselor or call us at 793-3303 to request one.

The deadline to submit an application is April 1, 2006. Entries must be received in the Chequamegon Communications office at 43705 U.S. Highway 63, Cable, WI 54821. Winners will be announced at the Annual Meeting on April 29 at Drummond High School.
